According to the Public Relations Office of Bargh Shiraz Football Club, during the official introduction ceremony of the club’s new Head of the Football Academy, Ebrahim Gholamzadeh Zanganeh, the owner of the club, announced that a cooperation agreement with one of Europe’s well-known football clubs is close to being finalized and signed.
Gholamzadeh emphasized that the main objective of this cooperation is to enhance the knowledge level of coaches, develop grassroots football, and establish a scientific and professional educational system within the Bargh Shiraz Academy.
Stating that “in today’s world, successful club management is impossible without an academic approach,” he added:
“Any club that builds its technical and educational structure on science, planning, and the development of youth players will move toward sustainable growth. Bargh Shiraz Football Club, with this very vision, has chosen the path of academic and professional football and places special emphasis on youth categories and targeted talent identification.”
Referring to the club’s international programs, the owner of Bargh Shiraz said:
“In the near future, we will sign a cooperation agreement with one of the top European clubs that competes at the highest level of world football. Under this memorandum of understanding, our coaches will be sent to that country to participate in specialized training courses. Through this process, they will not only enhance their technical knowledge, but also exchange experiences, become familiar with professional European club management structures, and transfer up-to-date football knowledge to the Bargh Shiraz Academy.”
Gholamzadeh then outlined three fundamental principles for the development of the Bargh Shiraz Academy:
– Scientific structuring of grassroots football education
– Development combined with ethics and professional discipline
– A systematic connection between youth categories and the club’s senior teams
He stressed that these three principles will form the main pillars of Bargh Shiraz’s future and shape the path of its sustainable development.
In closing, the owner of Bargh Shiraz Football Club stated:
“Our goal is to present a new model of club management in Iran—one based on science, order, ethics, and the technical development of players. The Bargh Shiraz Academy will soon become a center for training professional players and knowledgeable coaches in the south of the country. I am confident that under the scientific management of Mr. Masoud Moghimi, as Head of the Academy, we will witness accelerated growth in the development of young talents in Fars Province.”
